S463RL Viqua Water Disinfection System UV Lamp

The Viqua S463RL UltraViolet Lamp is a replacement bulb for the Viqua S5Q-PA, SV5Q-PA, S5Q-PV, and S5Q-P/12VDC systems and discontinued Sterilight SSM-24 and SSMV-24 systems. This bulb provides protection from occasional intrusion by microbial contaminants, eliminating up to 99% of bacteria, Cryptosporidium, E. Coli, and viruses. During ultraviolet sterilization, water is exposed at a controlled rate to UV light waves, which deactivate the DNA of microorganisms and prevent them from reproducing.
