At UVstore.ca, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

Most products purchased from UVstore.ca may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included components.

  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team before sending your item back.

Please include:

  • The product you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, or no longer need it, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, UVstore.ca will provide instructions for the return and, where applicable, cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

After reviewing your request, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refunds

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Return processing typically takes 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

  • Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective or incorrect product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Items that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products returned without proof of purchase.
