Order Processing

Our primary distribution facility is located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), allowing us to efficiently serve customers throughout Canada.

Orders for in-stock products received before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

To ensure dependable delivery, we primarily ship using:

• UPS
• Canada Post
• FedEx

The carrier selected for your shipment may vary based on destination, package size, service availability, and delivery efficiency.

Free Shipping

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $99 or more (before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping within Canada.

Free shipping orders will be shipped using the carrier and service level selected by UVstore.ca.

Shipping Charges

Orders under $99 will be charged shipping fees based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the products ordered. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Customers can use the tracking number provided to monitor the progress of their shipment directly through the carrier's website.

Product Availability & Backorders

We maintain a robust inventory of products; however, inventory levels change frequently.

If a product is not in stock at the time of purchase, typical lead times are approximately 10–14 business days. Depending on supplier availability, product demand, and incoming inventory schedules, actual delivery times may be shorter or longer.

If a significant delay is expected, our customer service team will contact you with an updated delivery estimate.

Returns & Refund Policy

At UVstore.ca, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If you need to return a product, please review the following guidelines.

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 30 days of the original shipping date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be in new, unused condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components.
• The return must be authorized by UVstore.ca prior to shipment.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.

Return Authorization Required

Before returning any product, customers must contact UVstore.ca to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

To request a return authorization, please contact our customer service team with:

• Your order number
• Product(s) being returned
• Reason for the return

Once approved, return instructions and the return shipping address will be provided.

Return Shipping Costs

If a product was ordered in error, no longer required, or is being returned for reasons unrelated to a product defect or shipping error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as UVstore.ca is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

UVstore.ca will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and, where applicable, provide replacement product or return shipping instructions.

Photos of the product and packaging may be required to process claims for shipping damage or product defects.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow:

• 3–5 business days for return inspection and processing.
• Additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products returned more than 30 days after shipment.
• Products that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery.
• Products returned without prior authorization.
